Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, our system begins processing and we cannot make changes. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

We source our beans directly from farmers in 12 countries including Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, and Kenya. All our partnerships are built on fair trade principles and sustainable farming practices.

Store coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer as moisture can affect flavor. Whole beans stay fresh for 2-3 weeks, ground coffee for 1-2 weeks after opening.

Light roasts preserve the bean's original flavors with bright, acidic notes. Medium roasts balance acidity and body with caramel sweetness. Dark roasts have bold, smoky flavors with less acidity and more body.

Many of our single-origin coffees are certified organic. Look for the organic badge on product pages. All our coffees are sustainably sourced and free from artificial additives.

Yes! We offer several decaf options using the Swiss Water Process, which removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural flavors without chemicals.
